AsSalam and Hi Darlings
Hope it is not too late to wish anyone happy new year (but feeling sheepish all the same).
First things first. The insta experience has been great; addicted to it for the first couple of months or so in fact, according to some.. After which now I think I will return to blogging as well. Nothing like the joy of mulling over the perfect words to type (yeah, right). Haha. But nothing beats ig in terms of knowing new people, discovering new places and finding new recipes. And of course some photos there are to die for.
Anyway. I have loads to tell.
It has been like 4 months since the last post. We've been for hajj. Alhamdulillah. Had another wedding in the family. And of course welcomed Maryam the youngest cucu into our fold. I'll put up photos later.
And I have new year resolutions. Of course.. (have I ever not? I cant remember). Although they didnt materialize until like later in early Jan. Not like I thought very hard about them. It is just on the drive to the office one morning when I thought about it and they felt right somehow.
Dan. Diam tak diam I have been blogging for 10 years sebenarnye. And sometimes when I re-read what I have blogged about I thought like how apt something was or some events had become. And how neatly life has unfolded. Indeed, nikmat Allah. My blog is my personal journal in every sense (dan teringat pesanan Dr Hamid Arshat di wa; where he recommended that a journal is kept). And I do have a written journal as well. Teringat juga Zana who had kept pretty notebooks and wonder if she keeps any these days with connectivity just at the tip of your fingertips.
And as mentioned by Delinn, my posts are always short. Tak tahu nak tulis panjang2 bagai on any topic. Nampak sangat bullet tak banyak. haha.😊 Oh. Baru terperasan sekarang ada emoji. Tp emoji kat sini tak berapa cantik/natural. Not like on the phones.
Anyway. This is the picture of hubs returning to the hotel after our tawaf dan sai'e haji. I will post more photos soon. This is a hi-I-am-back sort of post. So gonna keep it short and sweet.
Have a great week ahead!
~ xoxo
